A club president, general manager or finance officer creates the listing: level, country and city, the season's budget, and the specific lines the club could not cover.
The listing gets reviewed
We check the club exists, that the contact is authorized to speak for it, and that the goal matches the line items. Nothing goes live on a self-certified claim alone.
Supporters fund the lines
Every club page shows the budget breakdown and the remaining gap. Supporters pick a club, not a cause category, and see exactly what their gift is meant to buy.
The club reports back
Clubs post receipts and short updates — the charter that ran, the equipment that arrived — so the next season is easier to fund than the last one.
Before a listing goes live
What gets checked
A donation page is only worth what the listing behind it can prove. These four checks happen before a club appears in the directory.

- 02The person submitting the listing is club staff: president, general manager or finance officer
- 03The funding goal matches the published line items, within a reasonable margin
- 04The contact details reach a person who answers, not a general club inbox
Where do gifts go?
To the club and the line items on its page — travel, equipment, dues, field time. The budget breakdown is published before the first dollar arrives.
What if a club hits its goal?
The page closes for new gifts and shows what was funded. Clubs that still have open lines can raise a second goal for the next season.
Can anyone list a club?
A listing needs a real club and a real contact — club president, general manager or finance officer. Fans, alumni and sponsors can ask a club to join the index.
